Delivery

We offer various delivery options so you can receive your order as quickly and conveniently as possible.

Delivery within Ukraine:

Orders are delivered by Nova Poshta in several ways and take up to 5 working days:
• To your selected Nova Poshta branch at the operator’s rates.
• By Nova Poshta courier to the specified address at the operator’s rates.

Delivery within Kyiv:

• Express taxi delivery is available at operator rates. Delivery is usually completed within a few hours.
• You can pick up your order from our showroom if the product is in stock, within 5 days of the order, at 11A Lyuteranska Street (free of charge).

Delivery within Poland:

Orders are delivered by several services and take up to 7 working days:
• DPD, at the operator’s rates.
• InPost, at the operator’s rates.
• Poczta Polska, at the operator’s rates.
• You can pick up your order from our showroom if the product is in stock, within 5 days of the order, at Wilcza Street, 44 (free of charge).

International Delivery:

We ship worldwide, using several services. Delivery takes 10-15 working days (excluding Russia and Belarus):
• DHL at the operator’s rates.
• UPS at the operator’s rates.
• Nova Poshta Global at the operator’s rates.
• Other international delivery services (by agreement with the customer).

Important Information:

- Delivery cost is calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination.
- After placing an order, our manager will contact you to confirm the order and provide a tracking number.
- The tracking number allows you to monitor the delivery status of your order in real-time.
- We use external delivery services, and any delays caused by them are the responsibility of the delivery company.

Payment:

You can pay for your order in one of the following ways:

• In cash upon receiving the order at the showroom.
• Online payment on the website after placing the order. Our manager will contact you and provide a payment link.

All orders are shipped only after full prepayment.
