Return and Exchange Conditions
You can return or exchange an item if
The 14-day period from the date of delivery has not expired. The item has not been used, is undamaged, has a marketable appearance, and retains its original factory tags in their original condition.
Items not eligible for return or exchange
Items made to individual measurements or designs, or purchased with discounts.
Items listed in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 172 of March 19, 1994, as not subject to exchange or return.
Return or exchange procedure
Contact our customer service via phone or social media to coordinate the return and receive a return form. Pack the order in the GOTS branded packaging as you received it and send the item with the form using any convenient tracked and insured delivery service to the address provided by our consultants.
Inform us about the tracking number of the parcel, as it is necessary for processing your return order.
The cost of return delivery, taxes, and customs duties is borne by the buyer unless the return is related to a product defect.

Refunds or exchanges
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will send you an email and refund the money within 7 business days.
We will send the item for exchange (subject to the availability of the corresponding item in stock).
Legal grounds
Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection". A consumer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 days of purchase, provided the goods have not been used and retain their marketable appearance. Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 172 of March 19, 1994.
